In Europa könnt kann dabei zwischen der regulären CD, der limitierten Digibook Edition inklusive Bonustrack und Bonus-DVD, einem Bundle bestehend aus dem Digibook und einem brandneuen Flag, sowie der limitierten Doppel-Gatefold-LP entscheiden!
Das limitierte Digibook enthält eine vollständige Live-DVD als Bonus. Die DVD wurde mit zahlreichen Kameras beim Summer Breeze 2008 aufgezeichnet und enthält den kompletten, 45-minütigen Set! Die DVD enthält des weiteren zwei Videoclips.
