Am 3.September wird es ein allerletzes WINDIR Konzert in der Rockefeller Arena in Oslo geben. Nach dem tragischen Tod des Sängers hatte sich die Band aufgelöst. Die Vocals übernimmt für diesen einen Abend Sture. Mit auf der Bühne stehen werden ENSLAVED, FINNTROLL und MINDGRINDER. Valfar wäre an diesem Tag 26 Jahre alt geworden. An diesem Tag wird auch das letzte, bereits im Kasten befindliche, Album der Band veröffentlicht.

"Friday the 3rd of September there will be a last WINDIR concert. The concert will be at Rockefeller Arena in Oslo, Norway. The 3rd of September would have been Valfars 26th birthday, and we would like to honour his memory by doing one last show. Sture will be doing most of the WINDIR vocals. We are also glad to announce that 3 bands will be joining us this night. ENSLAVED, FINNTROLL & MINDGRINDER will be doing shows in honour of Valfar.
The 3rd of September will also be the release date of the last WINDIR album, out on Tabu recordings. Tickets can be purchased at www.billettservice.no from Saturday the 27th of March."
